With effect from 1 January 2017, NN CDC Pensioenfonds has implemented a new governance model. An important starting point was that both NN CDC Pensioenfonds and ING CDC Pensioenfonds would be carrying out the administration of the same pension plans until the end of 2018. This meant it would be most effective to select a cost-efficient governance model.

NN CDC Pensioenfonds’ funding ratios as at 30 November 2016 are known. The funding ratio is 105% and the policy funding ratio is 104%.

The results of NN CDC Pensioenfonds’ annual pension survey have been received. Almost all of the scores improved in comparison with 2014. The overall level of satisfaction remained the same (score of 7 on a 10-point scale).

If you were you born after 1954, the age at which you start receiving Dutch State pension (AOW) will increase by three months in 2022. Rising life expectancy is the reason. At the current rate, the AOW retirement age might be as high as 68 by the year 2025. For the first time ever, it will rise automatically.
