The coronavirus is affecting the world economy. And this, in turn, is having an impact on NN CDC Pensioenfonds’ funding ratio. We understand that participants are concerned about the impact the coronavirus may have on their pension. We are monitoring the latest developments closely and will keep you informed in the weeks ahead, for instance by means of news items.

The spring edition of ING CDC Pensioenfonds’ digital newsletter ‘Special’ has been published. The Special reports e.g. on how you can set aside additional savings for your pension, the outcome of the customer satisfaction survey and pension for your partner and children if you pass away.

NN CDC Pensioenfonds’ funding ratios as at 29 February 2020 are known. The funding ratio is 101% and the policy funding ratio is 107%.

On International Women's Day (March 8), attention is drawn annually for issues such as the economic independence of women. Although the employment of women has increased, they still receive considerably lower pensions than men.

The financial results of the fourth quarter of 2019 are available. The total return on investment was -4.2%. Compared to the third quarter, the funding ratio increased from 104% to 108%. The policy funding ratio decreased from 111% to 108%.

NN CDC Pensioenfonds tries to increase pensions of current and former NN employees and pensioners each year, in line with the price index. An increase will not be granted for 2019. The omitted increase may be granted in a future year.

NN CDC Pensioenfonds has raised its standard retirement age from 67 to 68 with effect from 1 January 2020. That doesn’t mean you’ll need to continue working until you turn 68 – early retirement will still be allowed from the age of 60.
