On 9 March 2020, Ilse van der Weiden was appointed to the managing board of NN CDC Pensioenfonds. As a board member, she represents the FNV trade union. Ilse’s areas of focus are pension, communications and governance. She is also a member of the fund’s complaints and disputes committee.

NN CDC Pensioenfonds’ funding ratios as at 31 March 2020 are known. The funding ratio is 94% and the policy funding ratio is 105%.

On International Women's Day (March 8), attention is drawn annually for issues such as the economic independence of women. Although the employment of women has increased, they still receive considerably lower pensions than men.

The financial results of the fourth quarter of 2019 are available. The total return on investment was -4.2%. Compared to the third quarter, the funding ratio increased from 104% to 108%. The policy funding ratio decreased from 111% to 108%.
