Since the start of the invasion of Ukraine by Russia on 24 February, NN CDC Pensioenfonds has been monitoring developments closely. Below, we set out how we are phasing out our exposure to Russian equities.

NN CDC Pensioenfonds publishes quarterly reports on its website, providing information on the fund’s financial position, its investments, its communications and its management decisions during the reported quarter.

By the end of January 2022, you will receive a payment specification from NN CDC Pensioenfonds, showing a breakdown of the monthly payments the pension fund will pay out to you. If you were already receiving pension benefits in 2021, you will also receive an annual summary which you can use for your tax return.

On 4 January 2022, Mila Kisoen was appointed to the managing board of NN CDC Pensioenfonds, as a representative of trade union CNV Vakmensen. Mila’s areas of focus are Balance Sheet Management and Pension, Communication & Governance. She is also member of the complaints and disputes committee.

NN’s current pension plan is due to expire on 31 December 2021. After that date, the social partners (the employer and the trade unions) want NN CDC Pensioenfonds to continue executing the current pension fund for another nine months. As part of this extension, agreements have been made with regard to the targeted accrual rate of your pension.

NN CDC Pensioenfonds tries to increase the pensions of NN’s current and former employees and pensioners on an annual basis, in order to stay in line with the consumer price index. The pension fund takes its policy funding ratio on 30 September as the reference point.

On 15 November 2021, Jorg Sauren was appointed to the managing board of NN CDC Pensioenfonds and ING CDC Pensioenfonds, as a representative of the employer. Alongside his position as board member, Jorg is also Key Officer Risk Management.
