Almost 900 of NN’s employees, former employees and pensioners took part in the annual online customer satisfaction survey in late 2021. As well as requesting participants to give scores for their for trust in the pension fund and their satisfaction with our services, we measured their pension awareness and appreciation for our means of communication. By the end of January 2022, you will receive a payment specification from NN CDC Pensioenfonds, showing a breakdown of the monthly payments the pension fund will pay out to you. If you were already receiving pension benefits in 2021, you will also receive an annual summary which you can use for your tax return.

On 4 January 2022, Mila Kisoen was appointed to the managing board of NN CDC Pensioenfonds, as a representative of trade union CNV Vakmensen. Mila’s areas of focus are Balance Sheet Management and Pension, Communication & Governance. She is also member of the complaints and disputes committee.
