De Nationale APF will maintain the same pension scheme as we currently have. The financial policy will also remain unchanged, and the funding ratio at the time of transfer will stay at the same level. So, nothing will change for your personal pension situation. Your pension will be transferred in one go and with great care. Because all participants’ pensions are being transferred, this is called a collective value transfer (Dutch abbreviation: CWO).
To carry out this CWO, permission is required from the supervisory authority, De Nederlandsche Bank (DNB). Recently, we received the positive news from DNB that they have approved the CWO. We are therefore now busy preparing to transfer all pensions to De Nationale APF as of January 1. In 2026, you will receive information about your pension directly from De Nationale APF.
We will send all our participants a letter around December 9 with all the information about the CWO. In it, you will read what will remain the same, what will change, and what you can expect going forward.
