New Pension schemes because of the Dutch Future of Pension Act (Wt)
You may have already heard about it: All pension schemes in the Netherlands are changing. Your pension will also change.
Employer and employee representatives (social partners) have made agreements about the new pension system. These are laid down in a so-called transition plan. This plan is final for the social partners after the member consultation of the employee representatives (trade unions). The social partners also took into account the opinion of the association of former NN employees.

As of January 1, 2026, your pension is transferred to De Nationale APF. The transition to the new pension scheme will be managed by De Nationale APF. De Nationale APF will inform the social partners whether the transition plan is feasible and will also keep you, as an interested party, updated on the latest news.
